What We’re Looking For
We are looking for experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics, and Trades Assistants.
Heavy Diesel Mechanic role –
Proven experience as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic or experience working within a heavy equipment environment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills for experienced mechanic roles
• Experience with diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
• The ability to work independently and confidently problem-solve
• The ability and willingness to guide, train and support Apprentices and Trades Assistants
• A practical, hands-on approach and high standard of workmanship
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• Relevant trade qualifications, licences and industry tickets where required
Trades Assistants role – we are looking for practical, reliable people who are keen to learn, support our experienced tradespeople and build their skills across our crane and heavy equipment operations.
Crane experience would be highly regarded, however experience across heavy machinery, mining, transport, earthmoving or similar industries is also valuable.
