The Challenge

BTP (Best Tractor Parts) required consistent, reliable heavy-lifting support at their Newman site for ongoing general company operations. This involved frequent, critical lifts for repairing, replacing, and positioning oversized tractor and mining equipment components in a harsh, remote environment where swift parts replacement is crucial to minimise operational downtime.

Our Solution

We deployed a dedicated, mine-spec Rough Terrain (RT) Crane package, including an experienced Redline operator and dogman, to provide continuous, on-site support. The RT Crane was chosen for its excellent stability on uneven mine site ground and its reliability in extreme Pilbara heat. We established efficient lifting protocols for various components, ensuring immediate availability when critical parts arrived.
